General Rules
Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in: Between 17:00 – 22:00. During the cold season, to ensure the villa is properly heated and prepared, please inform us of your estimated arrival time as early as possible on the day of arrival.
- Check-out: Please vacate the villa by 10:00 so we can prepare the space for the next guests.
Minimum Age for Booking
Only persons aged 18 and over can make a reservation.
Maximum Number of Guests
- The maximum capacity of the villa must be respected according to the confirmed booking.
- If the number of guests exceeds the booking, additional access will only be permitted with the prior consent of the owner.
Cancellation and Deposit
- To confirm the reservation, a 30% deposit of the total amount is required.
- In case of cancellation, the deposit is refundable only if the cancellation is made at least 5 days before the arrival date.
Payment
- We accept cash or card payments for your convenience.
Holiday Rates
- During holidays or special events, rates may vary.
- Please check availability and updated prices when making your reservation.
Accommodation Rules
Access to the Villa
- Access is allowed only to the persons included in the confirmed booking.
- For everyone’s safety and comfort, please do not allow other persons to enter the villa without the prior approval of the owner.
- The villa offers free high-speed Wi-Fi access in all rooms and common areas.
- Connection details (network name and password) will be provided at check-in.
- Free parking spaces are available for guests, either in the yard or on the street.
- Please park only in designated areas to avoid disturbing neighbors or local traffic.
- It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the villa. This is necessary to maintain a clean and pleasant environment for all guests.
- Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas (balcony, garden), where ashtrays are provided. Please use them to avoid discarding cigarette butts elsewhere.
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed inside the villa, to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests and to protect the property.
- The villa is intended exclusively for rest and relaxation. Organizing parties, loud events, or any activities that may disturb neighbors or other guests is prohibited.
Safety and Responsibility
Respect for Quiet Hours:
- Quiet hours: Between 22:00 and 09:00, please keep noise to a minimum to avoid disturbing other guests’ rest.
- Events: Organizing parties or loud events is allowed only with the prior approval of the owner.
- Handle with care: Please treat all equipment and furniture in the villa carefully.
- Malfunctions: If you notice any malfunction, please inform us immediately so we can fix the issue.
- Responsibility for damages: Any damage caused intentionally or through negligence will be charged to the person responsible.
For Guests Traveling with Children:
- Supervision of children is the sole responsibility of parents or accompanying guardians.
- Please ensure that children do not damage the furniture or equipment in the villa.
- For children’s safety, we recommend that you accompany them in outdoor areas (garden, balcony, etc.).
- Please avoid any activity that could disturb other guests, especially during quiet hours.

Available Facilities
- The villa is equipped with a fully furnished kitchen. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, and kettle—perfect for preparing quick meals or your favorite drinks.
Fireplace
- The fireplace is electric and can be used only during the cold season to ensure a cozy atmosphere.
- The use of the fireplace is available upon request with assistance from the staff when you wish to use it.
Outdoor Barbecue:
- Usage: The barbecue is available to all guests. Please use it responsibly and follow the usage instructions.
- Cleanliness: After use, please make sure the barbecue is clean and ready for the next guests.
- Safety: Do not leave the fire unattended and ensure it is completely extinguished before leaving the area.
Children’s Playground:
- Supervision: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times while using the playground.
- Usage: Please respect the age and weight limits indicated on the play equipment.
- Safety: Ensure that the equipment is used according to instructions and that no dangerous behavior occurs.

This Regulation applies to all guests who, by the simple act of staying at Vila Elizabeth, implicitly express their acceptance of its provisions. Guests are required to comply with the established rules, without exception or reservation, throughout their stay. The Regulation is intended to ensure the smooth running of activities, the maintenance of a safe and pleasant environment, and the protection of the interests of all those present within the villa. Any violation of the provisions of this Regulation may result in appropriate measures, depending on the severity of the situation.
